Measurement of electrical properties of materials.


It is equipped with a vertical field superconductiong magnet capable of a maximum 2.25T.
It provides various temperature operation (10K to 500K) without liquid He.
Magnetic Field : Base (<10K) :-2.5T~+2.5T , 10K to 400K : -2T~+2T , 400K to 500K : -1T ~ +1T .
Cool down time(Room temperature to within 10K of base) : 4.5h .
Warm up time (Entire system from base to room terperature) : 2h. Pump Down Time : Before CCR start-up(10^-3Torr) 1.5h .
Vacuum : Room temperaute <5x10^-4 Torr , at base temperature <1x10^-5 Torr , at maximum temperature <5x10^-5 Torr.
Sample area : Up to 51mm (2 in) .
Sample Thinkness: Up to 12mm. Working height of sample: 897mm . Tip materials: Tungsten( radius 10um, 25um) , BeCu (radius 10um) .
